Hi, I'm Sophie. I believe yoga can have a hugely positive impact on our lives and I love being able to share this with others.

A regular yoga practice can provide us with a focus and structure as well as boosting our energy levels and motivation. It can help calm our minds and make us feel more able to manage whatever is going on around us.

My ethos comes from the times I have spent in India at the Kaivalyadhama Yogic Health Centre and other Ashrams, learning about the philosophy of yoga and the practical application to our everyday lives. 

I'm also a qualified sports massage therapist, bringing my understanding of the body and movement to this area of my work too.
